Ethical standards and responsibilities for all members of SPG
1. Purpose of This Code
This Code of Conduct sets out the ethical standards, principles, and behavioral expectations for all directors, management, staff, distributors, partners, and members of Smart People Global Multi-Business Limited (SPG). It ensures professionalism, transparency, fairness, and sustainability in all business operations.

3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
SPG operates as a registered Nigerian company under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and complies with all applicable Nigerian and international laws. Members must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices. SPG strictly prohibits Ponzi schemes, money-doubling claims, or false income guarantees.
4. Ethical Business Practices
- Present SPG products, services, and opportunities truthfully and accurately.
- Avoid exaggerated income claims or misleading statements.
- Refrain from pressuring or coercing individuals to join.
- Conduct business in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
5. Income Representation & Earnings Disclaimer
- Earnings in SPG are based on individual effort, product sales, and team performance.
- No member is authorized to promise fixed, guaranteed, or instant income.
- All promotional materials must include appropriate earnings disclaimers as provided by SPG.
6. Respect and Non-Discrimination
- SPG maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abuse.
- Discrimination based on gender, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or political belief is prohibited.
- Hate speech or violence in any form is prohibited.
- All members must treat others with dignity and respect.
7. Product Integrity
- Members must not make false health, financial, or performance claims about SPG products.
- Products must be marketed only for their approved and documented uses.
- Alteration, counterfeiting, or unauthorized resale of SPG products is prohibited.
8. Use of Company Name, Logo & Branding
- The SPG name, logo, and branding materials must be used only with authorization.
- Members must not create fake pages, documents, or announcements on behalf of SPG.
- Misrepresentation of leadership positions or company authority is forbidden.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Members must protect company information, trade secrets, and customer data.
- Unauthorized sharing of internal documents, strategies, or personal data is prohibited.
- Compliance with data protection and privacy laws is mandatory.
11. Conflict of Interest
- Members must disclose any personal or financial interests that may conflict with SPG.
- No member may use SPG’s platform for personal scams or unrelated illegal businesses.
- Competing MLM activities must be declared where applicable.
12. Leadership Responsibility
- Lead by example.
- Train team members ethically.
- Protect the company’s reputation.
- Encourage compliance with this Code at all levels.
13. Reporting Misconduct
- Any unethical or illegal activity should be reported to SPG management.
- Whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation.
- Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated fairly.
14. Disciplinary Actions
- Violation of this Code may result in warning or suspension.
- Termination of membership.
- Forfeiture of bonuses or commissions.
- Legal action where necessary.
15. Acceptance of the Code
- By joining or continuing participation in SPG, all members confirm that they have read and understood this Code of Conduct.
- Agree to comply with all provisions.
